As a Behavioral Health Clinician for Community Health Center, you will :
Conduct psychotherapy with individual, family and group psychotherapy
Be responsible for initial mental health evaluations
Coordinate with community agencies
Complete paperwork completed as required by statute, regulation and/or CHC Mental Health Policy and Procedures
Additional Specifications
Ph.D./Psy.D., LCSW, APRN, or MFT degree
License eligible in the State of Connecticut within two years of hire
Minimum of two years experience with outpatients
Available for home visits, outside agency consults, and meetings
Theoretical orientation consistent with brief, problem-focused therapy and managed care systems
