Summary:
Working within Administrative Services, the Data Specialist/System Developer 1 is part of the Information Technology team that supports smooth operations for agency programs across the state.
The Connection provides essential services to people in need of assistance for homelessness, substance use treatment, behavioral healthcare, and returning to communities after incarceration.
Position
Summary:
The Data Specialist/System Developer 1 is responsible for providing data support to our clients both internal and external.
Collating and verifying data from multiple sources.
Development, maintenance and documentation of computer programs, applications, and reports for internal and external customers.
In addition:
Create and edit complex SQL queries, stored procedures and functionsConduct a thorough data analysis of systemsRecreate/modify existing data transfer systems for exporting to external sourcesDesign database structures for new systemsDevelop reports and dashboards for internal and external customers including our SHF programsTest developed applications against business needsInstall applications in the production environmentProduce appropriate technical and business documentation for developed applicationsSchedule and monitor the production of periodic files/reports for outside organizations and regulatory agenciesDevelop interface programs between multiple platforms and systemsProvides end user support on developed applicationsCollaborates with other System Developers and Director of MIS on techniques and languagesWorking knowledge of NextGen EHR and PM a plus Excellent knowledge of database design and developmentThoroughly versed in SQL programming languageMicrosoft Visual Studio and C# (console, RDL/RDLC)Working knowledge of Visual FoxPro a plusDemonstrates commitment to teamworkExcellent project management skillsStrong customer focus and service provider orientedAbility to take initiativeExcellent ability to learn and adapt to changing priorities and business processesStrong multi-tasking ability and ability to meet deadlinesStrong written and verbal communication skills, excellent computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook)Requirements:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster.
